It's just a matter of race swapping: it's one of the many, many reasons why I hate M Night Shyamalan's Last Airbender movie. All the characters just looked wrong, and incorrectly portrayed. I mean, this is great art and all, but it just messes with my perception. Like, if somebody humanized Zecora, but made her German or Korean or Mexican or something. I don't mean to be politically incorrect when I say this, because I believe in equality on all planes including race, but... I hope I've communicated well enough.
I do like the art, though, it's very nice.
